We are seeking an energetic senior level Director of Operations who will be responsible for the day to day operations of all Utility customers. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, have a strong background in Vegetation Management with progressive experience, then we are the team for you.
What youll be doing:
Provide guidance and development for a team of VM professionals on a day to day basis
Craft and execute strategic plans based on customer requirements and organizational capabilities.
Work closely with all teams to staff and execute on all Utility work
Develop and execute on project-based assignments
Provide and develop proposals for customers based on their requirements
Create, build, and manage relationships with new and existing clients
Proactively identify and develop creative solutions to execute on time and meet customer needs
Skills youll need:
Good people skills
Self-motivated
Required: Valid Drivers License
Computer proficient and organized
Enjoy traveling
Must be knowledgeable and experienced with ANSI Z133 Standards, IPM, Line Clearance Tree Trimming Operations, and other associated Vegetation Management practices.
Preferred: 5+ years of Management experience in Vegetation Management, Forestry, or the Utility industry. ISA Certified and Utility Arborist certifications a plus.
