NOW HIRING: Administrative Coordinator (Full-Time, On-Site in Winchester, VA)
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Administrative Coordinator to support our management team and keep our office running smoothly.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: On-site
What you’ll do:
Answer phones & greet customers
Support managers with scheduling, estimates, billing, and job documentation
Process paperwork, payments, and project updates
Keep job files accurate and organized
Assist with customer follow-ups and office tasks
What we’re looking for:
3–5 years of office or bookkeeping experience
Strong communication & multitasking skills
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and the ability to learn industry software
Proficiency in Xactimate a plus, working knowledge of it is important
Experience in the insurance restoration and remodeling industry a big plus
Reliable, detail-oriented, customer-focused
Compensation:
$20-26 per hour, full time
80 hours annually of paid time off
9 paid holidays
Health insurance premium reimbursement of up to $250/mo
