We are seeking a Bilingual (English & Spanish) Insurance Solutions Specialist to join our team! We are looking for a person who is motivated, willing to learn, and looking for growth in a team environment.
Life & Health License Preferred but NOT Required If not Licensed, candidate must be willing to take insurance licensing exam - we will help you!

Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries
Educate and enroll clients in plans that suit their needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve policy issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the ever-evolving plans and services
Qualifications:
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability to change
Skills Needed:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Chrome, and general computer skills
Ability to maintain state insurance licenses
