Bellevue Nissan is hiring immediately for a fulltime Parts Driver/Shipping & Receiving Clerkto join our team. We are a growing auto group with multiple locations and we provide many opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate for this position will be motivated and have a desire to succeed and grow! Responsibilities: Deliver and pick up automotive parts accurately and timely Collect payment for parts deliveries Provide our customers with excellent customer service Be courteous to customers and employees Maintain a clean delivery vehicle. Drive cautiously and safely staying within the laws of the road Maintain parts inventory, including stocking shelves, organizing bins, binning new parts, recording the location, conducting perpetual bin audits, and maintaining special order bins Check-in Daily orders from the manufacturer, incoming freight from UPS, FED-EX, etc Process monthly returns to the manufacturer Work with Wholesale parts representatives in managing incoming and outgoing orders Assist in Physical Parts Inventory as needed Immediately notify the parts manager of damaged parts or shortages Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Possess a positive attitude Must be dependable and have reliable transportation Must pass a background check/drug screen Excellent organizational and communication skills Time management skills High school diploma or GED Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record Ability to lift 75-100 lbs. This role requireslifting of parts into trucks, onto shelves, moving from shelves to the back counter, etc. Experience is a plus, but not required This job operates in a shop setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. It involves shipping and receiving packages Pay: $22.00 DOE Job Type:FullTime
