The Sort Center network is the critical Middle-Mile solution in the Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) group, linking Fulfillment Centers to the Last Mile. The experience of our customers is dependent on our ability to efficiently execute volume flow through the middle-mile network. The SPEeD team is expected to build scalable solutions to address increasing operational complexity from the evolution of new processes such as containerization, heavy-bulky freight, international shipping, customer returns, and Amazon Robotics solutions. 3+ years of data engineering experience
Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles and permissions
Experience with non-relational databases / data stores (object storage, document or key-value stores, graph databases, column-family databases)

The base pay for this position ranges from $105,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $205,600/year in our highest geographic market.
