Position SummaryWhat you'll doWhat you'll doWe are looking for a strong data analyst to help build and scale our Walmart Fulfillment Services' (WFS) business. In this role you will actively participate in formulating our cost reduction strategy, delivering solutions that drive meaningful improvements to the WFS P&L and help keep prices low for customers & sellers. The ideal candidate will have great problem-solving skills, will be extremely comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, and will have exceptional analytical skills (logic building, statistics, probability/calculus, SQL, etc.). If you are interested in building a new business from the ground up and solving large and impactful problems at scale, then this role could be for you.Essential Functions:
Leads the development and execution of advanced analytics to address unique business and technical problems and support data-driven decision making.
Makes strategic recommendations to cross-functional leadership based on analysis results, and influences roadmap prioritization of partner teams.
Owns complex projects end-to-end for a business area ; manages risks associated with implementation.
Develops data models (algorithms, approaches) for complex projects within a business area to drive business results and value.
Mentors team members and provides feedback to enhance skills, knowledge, and work performance.

Minimum Qualifications:
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Option 2: 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in computer science, statistics, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in analytics or related area.
