Our vision is to become the back-office hub for ecommerce sellers, for both their on-Amazon and off-Amazon business. We help sellers manage fulfillment operations across all their online stores, and ship orders to customers at the lowest cost and in the fastest possible time.The RoleVeeqo, an Amazon Company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical Sr. Growth Marketing Manager with deep expertise in B2B paid media and marketing to lead our paid efforts to drive awareness, consideration, and conversions among merchant-fulfilled sellers and other ecommerce businesses. In this role, you will leverage your hands-on experience with ad platforms and measurement solutions to build and scale an impactful strategy that showcases Veeqo's value and converts sellers. The role will require an end-to-end understanding of data and reporting; This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities as well as outstanding business acumen. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and who enjoys working with large data sets.Key job responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy that aligns with Veeqo's business objectives and resonates with our target audience of ecommerce sellers.

Manage external agencies to augment in-house capabilities and drive accelerated growth, holding a high standard for measurement, incrementality, and scalability.

Construct analytics dashboards, writing custom SQL queries and leveraging a portfolio of newly onboarded MarTech.

Own and build new marketing growth drivers, devising ideas, partnering with tech and product teams where necessary, attaining buy-in, and bringing to market.

Manage and optimize performance and brand-focused paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and others.

Work closely with our creative team to utilize high-impact messaging and creative that resonates with the ecommerce seller community. Lead end-to-end creative development in partnership with our creative team.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analytics and product marketing to ensure aligned and effective paid media execution.

Stay deeply immersed in industry trends, emerging ad technologies, and best practices in ecommerce and seller operations to ensure Veeqo's paid media remains cutting-edge and impactful.

Basic Qualifications

7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Knowledge of analytics tools and web traffic reporting

Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

Hands-on experience managing campaigns across major ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

7+ years of experience in B2B paid media and digital marketing, preferably in the ecommerce or SaaS space.

Intermediate to advanced SQL skills.

Proven track record of driving impactful results through both performance-focused and brand-building paid media

Experience working directly with ad agencies or in an agency setting.

Strong knowledge of marketing and analytics 3P technology and policy including Ad Pixels/Tags, Analytics Tooling, Dashboard Tooling, GDPR, CCPA, SKAN, etc.

Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies

The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
