The Pickup and Returns Points (PARP) offers every customer in every geography a safe, reliable pickup and returns experience, conveniently close to where they live or work in a way that’s financially sustainable for Amazon.The Senior Product Manager will develop products to scale Locker supply and create delightful customer experiences WW. The individual will work closely with Engineering, Country PARP teams and regional teams to realize the product strategy.The optimal fit for this role will be a candidate wanting to roll-up his or her sleeves, dive into a challenge, develop a solution and path forward, and take senior management along. This will be a high visibility role, meaning that the optimal candidate will be comfortable driving critical business decisions in fast paced, high pressure, and often ambiguous environment. A successful candidate will be customer focused, highly analytical, resourceful, a big thinker, a strong writer, and able to operate at all levels of the organization.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Bellevue, WA, USA | Nashville, TN, USABasic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of relevant work experience in Product Management

Experience with end to end product delivery

Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

Experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success

Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems with an extreme attention to detail

Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

MBA and/or advanced degree in a technical discipline

Experience in product management within the logistics industry

Superior analytical and quantitative skills

Superior verbal and written communications skills

Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences; proven ability to provide the voice of the customer

Experience using rapid prototyping and other creative mechanisms to gather direct customer feedback early in the product development process

A keen, flexible intellect with superb conceptual thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills

The base pay for this position ranges from $136,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market.
