The Supervisor, Global Fixed Asset Procurement & Facilities Services is responsible for overseeing the procurement, lifecycle management, and governance of fixed assets while ensuring consistent delivery of facilities services across a global portfolio. This role leads to the execution of procurement strategies, vendor performance, and service standards to support business operations, cost optimization, compliance, and asset stewardship.Job Location: Bellevue, WA (on-site), Seattle, WA (on-site), Lynnwood, WA (on-site), Federal Way, WA (on-site)Responsibilities and TasksSupervise global procurement activities for fixed assets, including equipment, furniture, racking, fixtures, capital assets, and facility-related investments.Ensure adherence to capital approval processes, procurement policies, and financial controls.Manage supplier relationships, and (MSAs) master services agreements related to fixed assets and facilities services including maintenance, janitorial, security, landscaping, and workplace servicesSupervise competitive sourcing, RFPs, and negotiations for global and regional vendorsMonitor vendor performance, cost, quality, and risk, implementing corrective actions as neededDrive continuous improvement and cost containment through supplier optimizationTranslate business requirements into scalable procurement and facilities solutionsPrepare reporting, dashboards, and insights for leadershipPhysical DemandsUse of standard office equipment - computer with keyboard and mouse, phone, fax/copy/scan machine, etc.  Write with pencil/pen/marker Functions performed primarily while sitting at desk
