Job Title: Technical Project EngineerJob DescriptionThe candidate will work independently with internal and external engineering teams to successfully deliver cross-functional projects that are high-quality, on-time, on-budget, maintainable, and low-defect. They will partner with project managers and external vendors to set project priorities, establish milestones, and drive schedules to meet deadlines. The candidate will influence technical documentation content, perform documentation reviews, dive deep into root cause analysis and solutions. They will competently represent system and/or equipment designs to customers and other teams, effectively communicate project status, answer project questions in detail, and produce clear and concise summaries for leadership/management. The candidate will excel at developing good working relationships with vendors, engineers, managers, and peers, participate in design reviews, and support execution efforts between internal teams and outside vendors including equipment specifications, material flow, process design, and site layout. They will efficiently manage change order controls, purchase orders, and invoicing, build strong working relationships with Fulfillment Center leadership and their operations teams across multiple sites, and identify and lead process improvement initiatives in support of operations teams. Travel up to 30% domestically is required.Hard Skills
