We are seeking an experienced and visionary VP of Product Management to lead our payments solutions group. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in monetizing payments in business software systems for both inbound customer payments via credits cards and electronic funds and outbound AP supplier payment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute a comprehensive product and go-to-market strategy for all payment solutions. This role reports to our Chief Product Officer.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy: Develop and implement a business and product strategy that encompasses all aspects of payment solutions, including credit card and ACH payments, outbound payments for accounts payable to suppliers, and expense reimbursements.Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and execute a go-to-market strategy for payment solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings and expand market reach.Product Delivery: Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of payment solutions.Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by leveraging payment solutions, ensuring they contribute significantly to the company's financial performance.Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
