We manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties and utilize AppFolio to streamline our accounting and property management processes. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team and ensure accurate financial management of our properties.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable using AppFolio
Reconcile bank accounts and generate financial reports
Process owner distributions, and vendor invoices
Maintain accurate property financial records & general ledger
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and tax preparation
Ensure compliance with financial regulations & trust accounting
Qualifications:
✅ 2+ years of property management accounting experience
✅ Proficiency in AppFolio is REQUIRED
✅ Strong knowledge of GAAP & property management accounting principles
✅ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
