Part-Time Accounts Payable Coordinator
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking to make an impact? We’re seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (30 hours per week).
Position Overview: As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing accounts payable operations and ensuring accuracy in processing payments and maintaining financial records. Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team in a fast-paced industry.
Key Responsibilities:
-Process invoices, verify payment requests, and ensure compliance with company policies.
-Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
-Maintain accurate records of transactions and support month-end financial reporting.
-Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address payment inquiries.
-Assist the CFO with ad hoc financial tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in accounts payable or a related financial role preferred.
-Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
