The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Warehouse/Operations Manager to launch and manage our new warehouse facility. As the first team member on site, you’ll have full ownership of daily operations — from receiving and packing orders to coordinating with couriers and ensuring customers are satisfied.
This role is perfect for someone who values autonomy, thrives in a fast-growing environment, and is eager to step into leadership. As ShipTop grows, you’ll help build the team and manage additional staff in the near future.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, packing, and shipping.
- Coordinate with couriers and shipping partners to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Oversee and optimize order fulfillment processes for multiple eCommerce clients.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Use ShipTop’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory and track orders.
- Deliver exceptional service to our eCommerce brand partners by ensuring accuracy and speed.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven warehouse or operations management experience (3PL and/or eCommerce fulfillment strongly preferred).
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of a new facility.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with receiving, packing, and shipping orders.
- Comfortable using technology for inventory and order management.
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-growing environment.
