Positions Available:

Customer Service Associate (Part-Time)

Assistant Manager (Full-Time)

Pay:

Customer Service Associate: From $18.66/hour

Assistant Manager: Pay based on experience

At The UPS Store, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and support to our local community. We're hiring for two key roles—Customer Service Associate and Assistant Manager—and looking for friendly, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy helping others in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Service Associate – Part-Time

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox services

Use UPS systems to process shipments accurately

Operate printing equipment (documents, flyers, business cards, etc.)

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

Requirements:

Must be 18+

Open availability, including weekends

High school diploma or equivalent

Able to lift 20+ lbs. and stand for extended periods

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Previous customer service experience

Basic computer proficiency

Assistant Manager – Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Support store operations and lead team members

Assist in scheduling, training, and staff development

Delegate tasks effectively to team members based on strengths and workflow needs

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues

Oversee opening/closing duties and ensure compliance with procedures

Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies

Step in to support front-line tasks when needed

Requirements:

At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience (retail/service preferred)

Strong leadership, decision-making, and customer service skills

Dependable and professional demeanor

Flexible availability, including weekends

High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)

Ability to lift 20+ lbs. and stand for long periods

Proficient with POS systems and basic office software
