At The UPS Store, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and support to our local community. We are hiring for a key role -Customer Service Associate- and looking for friendly, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy helping others in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox services
Use UPS systems to process shipments and package returns accurately
Operate printing equipment (documents, flyers, business cards, etc.)
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Requirements:
Must be 18+
Open availability, including weekends
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to lift 40+ lbs. and stand for extended periods
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Previous customer service experience
Computer proficiency
