Part-Time Office Assistant
A local plumbing company is hiring a part-time office assistant to join our team. We are seeking an individual that's confident answering phone calls, texts, and emails with our diverse clientele. Must have the ability to work independently and as a team member.
The work schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
The responsibilities of this position include:
Scheduling client appointments
Customer data entry
Placing orders for parts
Working with forms and spreadsheets
Ensuring the workspace is neat and organized
Other duties as needed
Requirements:
2+ years Customer Service
Drug and Background Check
Washington driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with customer service in an office setting
Experience with HouseCall Pro or other scheduling systems
