Relief person needed for Self Storage located in Bellingham, WA. Relief person will work 2 days per week and manager vacation days. Previous self storage experience not required. We offer a nice and friendly office to work out of as well as a clean atmosphere at our facility. Seniors encouraged to apply. Work history with references and background and drug test required.
Responsible include but not limited to:
Using computer software for the storage
Completing rental agreements and administrative paperwork
Making rent payments in software program
Maintaining accurate files and paperwork
Enforcing rules and regulations
Showing vacant units
Performing other duties as assigned
