Who We Need:

You are hungry to grow

You are professional, successful, and articulate

You enjoy design and desire to be part of a collaborative design approach

You welcome feedback, are coachable, and open to mentoring

You are willing to put in the work without excuses, able to effectively support a team

You enjoy systems and can work within guidelines, organized from start to finish

You have a B. Arch (or equivalent) accredited degree or relevant professional experience

1-4 years of residential, multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial project architectural experience

Working knowledge of SketchUp with an understanding of Layout

A basic understanding of building codes

Construction experience helpful

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with the design team to create a clean and clear plan set

Help establish and sustain project momentum, delivery dates, and performance targets

Maintain existing company processes and systems

Create, document, and organize new company procedures

Ensure team collaboration and facilitate company communication

Create efficiency and optimization to improve performance and effectiveness

Hold yourself accountable to continuously learn and grow

Additional skills may include: Sustainability, Interior Design, Planning, & Construction Experience

Job Type:

Full-Time Position - 40 hours per week

Compensation:

Earn $60k – $80k / year starting, 401k & Health Benefit

Description:

You will be a key player with a variety of project types and roles. You will be the person who provides design assistance and will be providing support with 3D modeling and drafting, and providing additional support as needed. You’ll also assist with project management related to your projects as you work with the team (architect, consultants, and clients) to create rewarding projects.

This role is key to the success of the company. You will need to be enrolled in the vision of the business. You will need to understand and follow the systems we’ve developed and help improve processes where needed.
