Hring three MHP's in our ever expanding Geriatrics Transition Program (GTP) at Sunrise Services.
The MHP's will work with a growing population of older adults with mental health problems, physical health problems and challenging behaviors. Provide in-depth assessments of clients, their behaviors and work with them and their caregivers to resolve conflicts and stabilize their living situations. Maximum caseload of 10 people in a short term transitional program.
Receive up to 100 hours of FREE continuing education in geriatric mental health.
Job Requirements:
Masters degree in Social Services field
Personal car, liability insurance and a valid WA drivers license
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.23 to $28.00 /hour, monthly bonus and benefits
