Love from London in the heart of Downtown Bellingham, WA, is a fun dessert shop that specializes in bubble waffles, ice cream and traditional english candies and beverages.
We are looking for enthusiastic seasonal helpers to join our team from May through September during our busiest months. This position requires availability for weekend closing shifts (5pm-12am)
Responsibilities:
Scoopers play a vital role in creating a welcoming and fun experience for our guests. Your duties will include:
Delivering excellent customer service
Offering samples and helping customers navigate our menu
Scooping ice cream, preparing shakes, sundaes, and bubble waffles.
Handling cash register and POS transactions
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, inside and out
Stocking supplies, merchandise, and dishware
Washing dishes and tubs throughout shifts
Keeping up with food safety standards
Communicating product knowledge to customers
Qualifications:
To be a great fit for this role, candidates should:
Be available May through September, including Friday-Sunday closing shifts (5pm-midnight)
Demonstrate strong communication skills and a professional attitude
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently and with a team
Have prior food service experience (preferred but not required)
Possess or be willing to obtain a WA Food Handler's Card
Compensation:
Starting pay: $17.66 per hour + tips
