We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team.
The Baker is responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies. This position will help out in various stores as needed, offering you a dynamic and flexible work environment.
As a Baker at the Markets, you will be responsible for:
Mixing Ingredients: Prepare doughs and batters with precision.
Baking: Use ovens to bake products according to recipes and production schedules.
Decorating: Decorate and ice finished products to perfection.
Packaging: Package and label products for sale.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the kitchen and equipment clean and organized.
Learning: Stay updated with new baking techniques and recipes.
Who We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience working in a bakery or similar food preparation environment, a deep passion for baking, and the ability to guide and supervise team members.
