The Archer Ale House is looking to hire a new flex position that will include bar-backing, food running, dishwashing and hosting. We are looking for an eager new employee to act in that flex position on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 4 to 11. We promote a tight-nit, energetic and friendly environment with an emphasis on teamwork and cooperation. Our small crew creates an engaging atmosphere where everyone works together to accomplish any task and everyone has the opportunity to contribute in diverse ways.
We are looking for someone who is available to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 4-11. Please do not respond to this ad unless you are willing and available to work these shifts. The job will pay $19.00/hour and the employee will also be included in the tip pool.
Candidates must:
-Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
-Work well with others and have good communication skills
-Be self-motivated and adaptable
-Have a team first attitude and a willingness to do multiple jobs
-Be flexible and willing to cover shifts if necessary
-Know how to change kegs
-Have a Valid Food Handlers Permit or willingness to get one
-Have a current MAST certification or a willingness to get one.
-Be 21+
