Join Our Team as a Cashier/PIC!
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier/Person in Charge (PIC) to become part of our dynamic team. Retail management experience is a must for this role.
As a PIC, you'll take the lead in providing exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, and ensuring smooth store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting with inquiries and resolving concerns.
-Accurately handle payments, including cash, credit cards, and other transactions.
-Serve as the Person in Charge (PIC) when the Store Manager is away, ensuring staff adherence to store policies and effectively addressing any arising issues.
-Uphold safety, sanitation, and security standards at all times.
-Lead by example in creating a welcoming, efficient shopping experience for our customers.
