Professional, enthusiastic, experienced cook sought for food trailer operations. Candidate must be independent and diverse in their ability to produce amazing, consistent casual fare. Personal Qualifications must include dependability, creativity, congeniality, health mindedness and honesty. Position is primarily mobile food service operations but there are options for growth into cater cooking with demonstrated skill set. Candidates must have a TWIC certification, food handler's permit and the ability to pass a background/ drug test. Experienced trailer driver's given props.
