Full Job Description:
Twin Sisters Brewing Company is looking for an experienced Front of House Lead to work in a high-volume beer garden and restaurant. The front of house lead is responsible for greeting customers in a timely manner, taking orders, bringing food and drink, and billing the customer. They are also responsible for stocking, maintaining, and cleaning their section, as well as helping others when they are slow.
Key Job Duties:
Welcoming diners and going through any specials, events, promos, etc.
Learning and maintaining a working knowledge of all Twin Sisters food and drink, with a special emphasis to be put on beer.
Taking customers’ food and drink orders.
Working with kitchen, bar, and support staff to ensure all customers are properly taken care of.
Assisting with cleaning, bussing, and maintenance of all dining areas.
Setting tables and rearranging dining area to accommodate larger group.
Performing all checklist duties at the beginning and the end of their shift.
Assisting with scheduling and allocating staff effectively, providing training and guidance, and fostering a positive work environment
Mediating between staff and customers to create the best restaurant experience for all
Manage staff when GM is not on site
Count tills and run nightly reports
Assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance of all other employees
