We’re seeking a dedicated experienced lead housekeeper to join our hospitality team at The Chrysalis Inn. This position plays an essential role in ensuring that every guest enjoys the comfort and quality our property is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean rooms with a focus on quality and efficiency
Train, and support housekeeping staff
Manage inventory of linens, cleaning products, and supplies
Ensure all safety and cleanliness standards are met
Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest service goals
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping preferred
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
