Position: Cook/ Prep Cook
Location: Syros Greek & Italian Restaurant, Lynden, WA
Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time
Compensation: $18-$22 DOE + TIPS

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Greek and Italian dishes according to menu specifications.
Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality standards and within proper safety guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
Assist in food prep and inventory management.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
Qualifications:
Previous cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen, preferably with Greek or Italian cuisine.
Ability to work in a team and stay organized under pressure.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation.
Passion for cooking and providing great food to customers.
Flexibility with working hours, including nights and weekends.
