In this essential role, you'll help protect our store's assets, support a safe environment for customers and employees, and work collaboratively to prevent loss and ensure smooth store operations.
In This Role, You Will:
Monitor store premises and activities to detect, investigate, and deter theft or fraud
Identify and report suspicious behavior or security risks, working closely with management and staff
Assist with implementing loss prevention procedures and best practices to reduce shrinkage
Support store operations by securing the premises, products, and company assets
Respond to incidents calmly and professionally, assisting with investigations when needed
To Qualify, You Should Have:
Previous experience in security, loss prevention, or a related field
Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of loss prevention policies, security systems, and emergency procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
