Compensation: hourly rate by role: non-PIC is $16.78/hr if serving & $17.78 if host/expo, PIC is $19.78/hr
- admin work @ $22/hr
- tips are paid out weekly as cash

(requirements)
- minimum 2 years front-of-house experience, with min. 6 months supervisory or management experience
- interest in food, wine, cocktails and local beer
- willingness to learn, adapt, and utilize critical thinking skills
- strong ability to work both independently and with a team
- can lift 50 lbs
- weekend availability, daytime availability
- reliable transportation
- scheduling flexibility
- acquire and furnish valid food-handlers permit and MAST 12 permit
Responsibilities and Duties
Leading the front of house team both by example and in a supervisory capacity in:
- providing exceptional, friendly customer service with a great understanding of product knowledge
- work regularly scheduled bartending and serving shifts
- avg 30 hrs per week on site, plus administrative work
- deputize for FoH Manager as PIC, admin and errands
- maintain a friendly and presentable manner and appearance
- supervise front of house staff to deliver service standards, meet labor goals and follow policy
- working with Management to cover shifts, including being the last option on call
- assist BoH as needed with dishes, stocking, and other processes
