4 Days/Week | 9.5 Hour Shifts | $20.00–$23.80/hr DOE

Breadfarm is looking for a dedicated bread baker with at least 1 year of food service or kitchen experience to join our passionate team. Candidates with professional bread baking experience will be prioritized.
Breadfarm is looking for an experienced bread baker (1+ years in food service or kitchen work) who’s ready to join a small, passionate team that truly cares about the bread we make and the people we work with.
What You'll Do:
Work a consistent bake shift: 11am–8:30pm, shaping and baking loaves in a professional setting.
Be part of a crew that bakes 150–600 loaves per day, with 2–3 shapers/bakers on each shift.
Embrace the daily rhythm of naturally leavened breads and the subtle shifts that make each bake unique.
About You:
You’re someone who:
Has hands-on experience in a food production setting (bread experience a major plus—but we’ll train the right person).
Understands the demands of working in a production bakery and enjoys working both solo and as part of a team.
Moves efficiently, stays organized, and keeps your space clean.
Takes pride in your work, pays attention to details, and can lift 50 lbs.
Communicates clearly and respectfully—because great bread takes great teamwork.
Schedule:
Your shifts will be 4 days in a row, with 3 days off. While there may be flexibility, weekend availability is a must.
Perks & Pay:
$20–$23.80/hour, depending on experience
4-day work week (9.5 hour shifts)
1 free loaf of bread per shift—because bakers deserve great bread too
Medical, Dental & Vision (company covers 75% after 60 days, for 30+ hrs/week)
PTO including sick and vacation time
Simple IRA with 3% company match (after 4 months, age 21+)
