Avenue Bread (James St.) Seeking Prep Cook
We are looking for someone who loves to cook, works well with others, and has restaurant experience to fill an immediate opening for a Part Time Prep Cook at our James St. location. The position would be approximately from 6am-2pm include tasks such as creating soups daily, slicing meats and bread, creating dressing and sauces, and creating sandwiches for customers. We are a 7 day a week, fast-moving counter-service restaurant, so you must have restaurant experience and weekend availability to be considered for this position. In addition to the hourly wage, all of our employees receive pooled tips which equates to about $6/hour.
Job Details:
- Wage dependent on experience
- Tips pooled and split between front and back of house

- Prep experience required (1 year)
- Current Food Handlers Card required
