The Everson Market is looking for a dedicated and experienced Produce Manager to lead our produce department in delivering exceptional quality, outstanding customer service, and strong financial performance.

What You’ll Do:
Lead and inspire a team of produce staff to provide top-notch customer service and expert product knowledge
Manage department operations including ordering, production, inventory, merchandising, and safety
Maintain product quality, freshness, and availability while maximizing sales
Achieve financial goals related to gross margin, labor, and shrink
Create compelling displays and support store-wide promotions
Ensure compliance with food safety programs and department procedures
What We’re Looking For:
Proven leadership and communication skills
Strong background in produce operations, including knowledge of variety, rotation, preparation, and pricing
Solid experience with sales performance, budgeting, and inventory control
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
