We are a solid and friendly crew and run with 5 people per day. Each employee assigns themselves areas of focus, but essentially each person is responsible for everything. Because we are such a small group, we all pride ourselves on having each-others back, communication, and kindness. We won't sugar coat it, when it's busy, you'll work up a sweat and it gets difficult to determine where you’re needed most in the beginning. However, the work environment, comradery, and tips will hopefully leave you feeling rewarded from all the hard work. As management, we do our best to support our staff with whatever is needed to help you all succeed and value the relationship we have with you all as well. We'd love to see you learn and grow as part of our team!
Hours:
Part Time and Full time
Friday availability required. Additional shifts available.
We're looking for:
Min. 1 year restaurant experience
Experience with food prep/ kitchen experience highly valued
Experience with coffee/espresso is a big help (but we will train you, so don’t feel nervous)
Experience with POS systems
Strong communication skills
Multitasking and Awareness are skills we need you to possess
Independent worker while also a team player
Strong customer service experience required…if you know, you know, you know?
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting customers and guiding them through our large menu
Taking orders through our POS system accurately/ cash handling
Making food to order
Maintaining clean work environment behind and outside of the counter
Preparing coffee/espresso drinks to order
Aiding in dishes and putting them away
Running out coffee/food orders and always pre-bussing on your way back in
Restocking of supplies for dining room and behind the counter
