The Archer Ale House is looking for a new Late Night Cook to join our team! We promote a tight-nit, energetic and friendly environment with an emphasis on teamwork and cooperation. Our small crew creates an engaging atmosphere where everyone works together to accomplish any task and everyone has the opportunity to contribute in diverse ways. We have a scratch kitchen and take real pride in our food. As our menu continues to evolve, there are many opportunities for learning and creative input.
We are looking for someone with prior BOH experience (>2 years) who is enthusiastic to learn and has a willing attitude. Such a candidate will develop useful skills in our unique kitchen that will serve them well in the future. There is a lot of opportunity to learn and grow as a cook in our kitchen. The position will initially be Part-Time (25 hours/week), yet it has the potential to become a Full-Time job for the right candidate.
The shifts will range from 5 PM through 12 AM Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

-Have a team first attitude and a willingness to do multiple jobs
-Be a quick but precise worker with an appreciation and eye for detail
-Be able to lift more than 50 lbs
-Be capable of standing for several hours at a time
-Be willing to learn and work multiple stations in the kitchen
-Have a Valid Food Handlers Permit
-Be 21+
For the correct candidate, the initial wages will be $17-18/hour plus tips depending on experience.
Employees also receive shift meals and other discounts.
