Qualifications:

One or more years of experience in a supervisory position training, and overseeing 6 or more staff members.

One or more years of experience overseeing client services in a medical setting, or assisted living preferred, but will consider other client and staff oversight experience.

An active license as a Certified Nursing Assistant, or Home Care Aide, or the ability to acquire one within 200 days of hire.

The ability to prioritize and problem solve in a distracting environment

Attention to detail, strong written, and verbal communication, and organizational skills.

The ability to create and edit Word, and Excel documents.

The ability to pass a DSHS background, and finger print check.

Must be drug free including legal use of cannabis.

Job Summary:

Assist Administrator with hiring, and staff reviews. Train and oversee Medication Assistants and Caregivers. Ensure that quality care is provided according to agencys policies and procedures.

Work collaboratively to create a positive team environment that reflects agencys core mission and values.

Model respect for others in communication and services amongst co-workers, and clients.

Perform audits of key areas and prepare a weekly report for the Administrator.

Must have a system of organization that allows capture, prioritizing, and categorizing of multiple actions and tasks in a distracting environment.

Work diligently to provide resources for various client needs, ensuring quality care, services, and ultimate well-being of clients.

Update negotiated service agreements to meet the changing needs of clients.

Prepare new clients file, review of services and contract, and orient client to the community. Maintain clients file per protocol.

Create a plan of intervention for incidents, and accidents affecting client well-being.
