We are currently offering a substantial hiring bonus to new employees. New hires receive a $250 bonus on their first paycheck, after successfully completing a two-day orientation. New staff receive an additional $750 after successfully completing a six-month probationary period.
Job Summary
The Behavioral Technician is responsible for assisting a client who has been identified as “extreme” in behavioral challenges. The Behavioral Technician will assist the client to reach his fullest potential spiritually, intellectually, emotionally and physically. Behavioral Technician must be willing to work with all program participants, and is responsible for assisting each participant with his/her daily needs (Activities of Daily Living - ADLs).
Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 months working in Direct Care with adults with developmental disabilities
Willing and able to perform personal care and housekeeping chores. Candidates will be organized and efficient.
Must clearly speak, write and understand English and be able to communicate effectively.
Willing to submit to for-cause drug testing
Valid Washington State Driver License
