We are looking for Compassionate Caregivers to support children and adults who face physical, mental, emotional, medical, and learning disabilities. Caregivers work In the Client's Home and Community Settings providing them and their families the ability to live the life they choose.
What is a Caregivers role?
CSSOW Caregivers aid clients in providing one-on-one support according to their individual needs. Working with clients on set schedules in their homes and community. Collaborating with clients, team members, and parents to support and supervise them while also motivating clients to use their skills and apply all their abilities.
Caregivers Responsibilities :
Overseeing and Supporting Clients in their Daily Needs
Make sure Individual Care Plans are followed
Work in partnership with parents, clients, and team members to maintain quality support
You will be responsible for providing clients with one-on-one support. You will work with each client's care plan that is tailored to their specific needs. You will also work with clients, parents, and team members about vital matters that would back the client’s needs.
Ultimately, you will be assisting and encouraging clients and families to achieve the life they desire in their communities and homes.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Caregiver (professional or personal) or relevant role
Experience working with Children or Adults with care needs.
Ability to follow Care Plans
A compassionate and reliable personality
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Active CNA, HCA, Para Education or LPN certification
Nurse Delegation a Plus
