Visiting Angels has a need for live-in caregivers in the Bow, and Sedro-Woolley area of Skagit County. Live-in shifts work well for caregivers living in other counties, such as Whatcom County, since you work multiple days in a row. Some of our live-in clients do not require skilled care and are great for applicants that are newer to the caregiving industry. If you are passionate about providing quality care to those who need it, and the availability to work live-ins these shifts might be the right fit for you!
We offer $19 to $22 per hour starting, plus paid sick and safety leave.
Depending on your skill and comfort, duties include:
Companionship
Light housekeeping
Assisting with transfers
Personal care assistance
Medication reminders
Running errands
Dementia and Alzheimer care
Developmentally disabled care
Certifications required are HCA, CNA, or LPN. For applicants that are a good fit, and not credentialed we provide training for the HCA certification.
