We Offer:
- Full-time employees work 36-38 hours weekly, typically 4, 9.5-hour shifts with flex time available for up to 40 hours. Flex-time is available to work on CE or other individual assignments without having to work overtime. FVH is closed on weekends and major holidays. No late nights or on-call hours.
- Competitive wage scale, currently $21.50 to $33.50/hr for LVTs. We furnish a higher wage scale for a VTS certification, and for leadership roles. Wage scales are reassessed annually.

- 75% premium paid health, dental and vision insurance, currently a gold level Kaiser plan.
- Uniforms provided upon successful completion of introductory period, and additional uniform allowance provided annually.
- State licensing fees and professional dues paid for LVTs.
- LVTs receive $850 yearly CE (may aggregate over multiple years to attend national meetings). Additional CE funds may be available for specific topics that benefit the business.

You have:
- WA State LVT licensure current or obtained prior to start date.
- Previous work experience in a veterinary facility.
- Dedication to ensuring each patient and client is treated with the highest level of compassion and care.
- A passion for providing Fear Free care and an interest in animal behavior.
- Basic skills and comfort using phones, computers, emailing, texting, and using veterinary practice-management software. We are very paper-light and currently use AVImark.
- Emotional intelligence and a willingness to continually develop communication skills.
- A positive and flexible attitude.
- Professionalism, even in the less-than perfect moments of vet med.
- The desire to be a part of a team who cheers each other on and is excited to be a part of the veterinary industry.
