$1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!
We are currently offering a substantial hiring bonus to new employees. New hires receive a $250 bonus on their first paycheck, after successfully completing a two-day orientation. New staff receive an additional $750 after successfully completing a six-month probationary period.

Job Summary
The HR Specialist will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, overseeing process and policy, compliance, and benefits administration, reporting and metrics. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of HR practices, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Specialist.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Preferred Requirements
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Experience working in nonprofits.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
