Compensation: $18.66–$19.50+ per hour, DOE

Position: Grow House, Trimming & Packaging Team Member
Our licensed i502 producer/processor in Bellingham is seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team. We currently have one (1) trimming position available and are ready to hire immediately.
Position Overview
This role involves assisting with plant trimming, cleaning, harvest support, and related production tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively within a small, collaborative team. A strong attendance record is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Trim and process cannabis plants with precision and care
Assist with harvest activities
Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas
Perform repetitive motions and physical tasks including lifting, bending, crouching, standing, and walking for extended periods
Follow all production protocols and instructions
Support general grow-house maintenance and cleanliness
Work Environment
This is labor-intensive farm/agricultural work. Candidates must be physically capable of performing the duties listed above.
Requirements
21 years of age or older
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Reliable transportation
Consistent punctuality and strong attendance
Professional demeanor and good hygiene
Ability to follow directions and maintain focus for extended periods
Ability to sit or stand for long durations
High attention to detail
Honest, reliable, motivated, and positive attitude
No cannabis consumption permitted on the premises
Compensation
Starting wage ranges from $18.66 to $19.50+ per hour, depending on ability and experience, with opportunities for growth.
