Schedule: 7: 00 AM-3:30 PM
Location: Birch Bay, WA
Responsibilities and qualifications may include:
-Cleaning restrooms, refilling paper products and soap dispensers, there are several restrooms in the Community to attend to
-Empty trash and replace liners in several restrooms and communal areas
-Change out the dog station and refill the bags, clean up as needed in the grassy areas
-Clean all shared areas as well as the Club House
-Pulling weeds in garden areas and berms
-Wash windows
-Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
-Planting trees and shrubs
-Taking care of planters and planting to design
-Ability to identify plant species
-Self-driven and project motivated
