We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Laborer/Housekeeper to assist with our Airbnb properties.
Job Description:
As a General Laborer/Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our Airbnb properties. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Responsibilities:
Perform general labor tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and restocking supplies.
Clean and sanitize all areas of the Airbnb property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Change bed linens, towels, and other guest amenities.
Perform light maintenance tasks as needed, such as replacing light bulbs and fixing minor issues.
Communicate with the property manager to report any maintenance or cleanliness issues.
Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience in housekeeping or general labor preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
Reliable transportation to and from the Airbnb properties.
Benefits:
$16.50-$20 an hour depending on experience and work ethic.
