Small local handyman service/asphalt maintenance company is seeking to fill multiple positions for our foreman position and handyman assistant/general laborer position.
You will be a part of a team using special equipment to line stripe parking lots, repair asphalt, performing various interior and exterior remodels, light landscaping, and misc handyman jobs including some routine equipment maintenance. Training provided for the right candidate. A keen eye for detail, communication, and honesty are valued greatly on our team. Experience in Painting, Flooring or Carpentry are a bonus. The right candidate learns from feedback, doesn't mind getting their hands dirty, and takes pride in the quality of their product.
We are seeking full time employees for 40+ hours per week, M-F from 7AM to around 4PM most days with opportunities for overtime. Occasional weekends are needed, but we tend to work 4/10s a week. Recommended experience with:
Hand tools, power tools, measuring tape
Drywall, carpentry, flooring or general maintenance, etc.
