Job Title: Lot Associate
Location: Ferndale, WA
Position Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm
Compensation: $21 per hour

We’re looking for a Lot Associate to join our Ferndale team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented and a quick learner with a strong focus on supporting the smooth operation of our lot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with vehicle onboarding processes, including documentation, basic inspections, and speedometer conversions as needed.
- Capture detailed photos of vehicles and upload them to our proprietary platform, ensuring accuracy and high quality.
- Coordinate with incoming transporters to ensure accurate and timely vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized lot through vehicle movement and general upkeep.
- Work closely with team members to support daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency
- Follow company procedures and safety standards during all tasks to ensure a secure work environment.
