Local motel requires an experienced motel maintenance person to:
- Maintain grounds (trash and leaf removal)
- Light landscaping (planting & watering, hedge trimming, etc.)
- Maintain pool & jacuzzi
- Room maintenance (install/replace TV's & small appliances, minor plumbing & electrical, carpet cleaning, painting, etc.)
- Organize tools and storage areas
- Other duties as required
You are a reliable and adaptable handy person who does what needs to be done to keep this motel functional and presentable. You are a trainable self-starter who is organized and does not require constant supervision. You are respectful and friendly towards guests & other employees.
This position is for 30-35 hours per week. Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
