If you are skilled in any of the following areas please consider applying for this property maintenance part-time position: Mowing, gardening, landscaping, light home repairs, painting, cleaning, organizing, etc. Must be physically able to lift at least 30 pounds, climb a ladder, use basic tools, operate equipment, do indoor cleaning and work outdoors. (All equipment, tools and supplies will be provided to you as well as operating and safety instructions.)
Pay is up to $25 per hour. Experience and solid references will take preference with opportunities for further increases.
Our ideal candidate would be someone willing and able to do most or all of the chores listed above. However, we are willing to train you if you are a dedicated and reliable person.
All are encouraged to apply including hard-working college students, semi-retired, part-timers, male or female. etc. Applicants with solid references and experience will get priority consideration. Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, work clothes and boots.
Main work site is a 5-acre residence near the intersection of Smith and Noon Roads (6 miles from the I-5/Sunset exit) however we may have similar work available at other locations.

This job is a part-time job with flexible hours. You can expect to work at least 12 to 16 hours per week, possibly more. Start date is immediate or ASAP.
