If you are skilled in any of the following areas please consider applying for this property maintenance part-time position: Mowing, light home repairs, painting, cleaning, organizing, equipment repair, etc. Must be physically able to lift at least 50 pounds, climb a ladder, use basic tools, operate equipment and work outdoors. (All equipment, tools and supplies will be provided to you as well as operating and safety instructions.)
Pay starts at $30 per hour, more with additional experience. Experience and solid references will take preference and earn higher wages with opportunities for further increases.
Our ideal candidate would be someone willing and able to do most or all of the chores listed above. However, we are willing to train you if you are a dedicated and reliable person.
All are encouraged to apply including hard-working college students, retired, part-timers, etc. Applicants with solid references and experience will get priority consideration. Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, work clothes and boots. (Smoking not allowed while on duty.)
Main work site is a 5-acre residence and workshop near the intersection of Smith and Noon Roads (6 miles from the I-5/Sunset exit).
