I am a local real estate investor looking for a "Right Hand Man" to handle property cleanouts and assist with my buying operations.
The Job: This role is 80% physical labor and 20% field assistance. I need someone who isn't afraid of hard work but is also smart enough to help me spot deals.
Primary Duties (Labor & Cleanouts):
Trash Outs: Emptying houses of furniture, junk, and debris.
Deep Cleaning: Getting properties ready for renovation or rent.
Yard Work: Overgrown lawn cleanup and landscaping.
General Labor: Helping with demolition or moving materials.
Secondary Duties (Acquisition Help):
Scouting: Driving neighborhoods to spot vacant houses or potential deals.
Signs: Putting out "We Buy Houses" signs or lockboxes.
Runner: Meeting inspectors or letting contractors in when I am unavailable.
Requirements:
Must be strong: Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on your feet.
Reliable Transportation: You must have a vehicle to get to different job sites (a Truck or SUV is a HUGE plus).
Smart Phone: Capable of taking clear photos and dropping GPS pins.
Trustworthy: You will often be working unsupervised on my properties.
Compensation:
$25/hour (paid weekly/daily).
Preference will be given to those who have Handy man and Real Estate Development skills.
